Retractable stairway with wooden hatch F30

Our patented concertina mechanism is manufactured from high pressure die cast aluminium alloy, and is ready installed within a fire protection hatchbox. The fire resistance of 30 minutes was tested and confirmed by the MPA Braunschweig. The hatchbox is manufactured of high-quality B1 chipboard panel. The load bearing of each tread amounts to 200 kg (this corresponds to 500kg/m²) and is also thus suitable for the commercial sector.
