Loft ladder Designo Passive House

Passive houses achieve enormous energy savings through particularly energy-efficient components. The proven Roto Frank floor staircase is certified by the Passive House Institute Darmstadt and therefore fulfills the requirements for passive house construction. The climate-sealing system includes window closing techniques, an insulating sandwich lid (high-performance insulation cover) and a high-quality window seal. The preassembled insulation and sealing block WDL on the hatch box as well as insulating bulk granules in the joint reduce built-in thermal bridges on the building.
